Welcome to Lydia Mae Coaching ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website lydiamaecoaching.com (the "Site") and the services we provide, including Reiki Sessions (including both distance and in-person), Breakup Coaching, and any related content (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Site and Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.

Appointments and Cancellations

1. Booking Appointments

Appointments for Reiki Sessions (both distance and in-person) and Breakup Coaching can be booked through our Site or by contacting us directly. By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required.

2. Payment

Payment for Services must be made in full at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our Site.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total session price. Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
