This 15-minute introductory call is an opportunity for us to connect before booking, so you can share a little about what you're experiencing, ask any questions you may have, and get a feel for whether my approach is the right fit for you. Together, we'll explore your goals and talk through how my signature sessions - which combine coaching, nervous system regulation and Reiki - can best support your healing journey.

This is also a chance to answer any questions you may have about Reiki if it's new to you. No previous experience is needed - just an open mind and a willingness to explore a more holistic approach to healing.

This 90-minute Heartbreak Healing Session offers a deeper, more spacious approach to healing the mind, body and energy. Together, we’ll explore what’s been feeling heaviest - whether that’s heartbreak, anxiety, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, or patterns you’re ready to release.

Combining coaching, nervous system regulation and an extended Reiki treatment, this session allows more time to untangle what’s keeping you stuck, calm your system and create space for deeper healing - helping you leave feeling lighter, grounded and more connected to yourself.

You’ll also receive personalised tools to support your healing between sessions and help you continue moving forwards.
